Pros
One of the main reasons I decided to start working here was for the culture! I love our team nights at Top Golf, BWW, and sand volleyball. Everyone here is really invested in helping each other out and it feels like a family. I was a business major in college, and since I've been working here for the last year I've been promoted into management. I've learned to conduct meetings and speak in front of people (which has always been a challenge of mine), I've learned how to conduct interviews, and basic business skills that I never learned in my four years in college. I also have gotten all expense paid trips to Orlando, Puerta Vallerta, and New York for different conferences throughout the year.
