Very supportive and talented back office and accounting team who are always on top of things, juggling a million things but always prompt when answering queries from candidates, clients and recruiters. Commissions being paid on real time, full transparency on company's financials.

There are still growing pains as with all growing companies, but Will Spengler, our founding partner, always try to find innovative ways for clear and concise reporting. Ruby App is turning out to be spectacular. I know we are also improving areas on marketing and social media presence.
