      A small tight knit friendly team Relaxed and fun environment Great bonus scheme Big uniform allowance and discount Opportunities for experience in VM and online customer service training Great company for creatives especially musicians as Fred Perry is heavy embedded in the music scene and donates to music venue trust

      Sometimes quite slow paced and not a super busy store

      Pros

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Cons

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
