Pros
The discounts employees get are decent at times but you really have to find a good time to buy. The best time to get electronics/home/apparel is when their is a tier coupon ($10 off $50, $20 off $100, and $30 off $150). It's more high-class than Wal-Mart as far as employees go. Decent medical.
Cons
There are some associates that live to work and some who work to live. There are few associates that share the best of both worlds. Some associates are slackers and some are hard-asses... if you are in management you are usually both. The old saying is "sh*t rolls down hill" and this is certainly the case for what position you hold at this retailer. Their is a pay scale cap on the positions at the store so unless you get into grocery or cashiering with the union don't expect to make anymore than $13/hr without getting into management.
