Management is also very transparent, accessible, and open to feedback. They really care about what all employees think, and consistently solicit and respond to feedback.
Cons
There are really no cons that I can think of. It's not a clock-in-at-9-clock-out-at-5 company, so that might be a downside if work-life-balance is your #1 priority. But for people who care about making an impact in Education and want to work at a growing startup that's making a big impact in the space, that is probably not your top concern.
