Pros
Great little company that packs a punch in a global market. They genuinely care about you, work life balance, family etc and are very supportive. Lots of opportunities for development be that qualifications, promotion, or experience working globally.
Cons
Head office’s actions and ways of working can be confusing and frustrating for brits, but generally there isn’t too much interference so it’s not too bad.
