you get fed meals from leadership every few months you get a paycheck owner is nice

chronic micro management from director level EXTREME overworking to the point most people leave for work elsewhere including middle management to get less stress. director level favoritism of employees / unprofessional they say key words like work/life balance is important but there is none, its only a buzz word. They expect working non-stop. email on cell phones and answering the emails all hours of the day for minimal pay.
