Going through a merger and they are making a lot of changes.

The office culture is good they do expect results but they are not overly demanding There is not a lot of office politics and the management are good people who don't mistreat their employees. There are definitely chances to grow and advance your career here as the company grows. One big pro for FD is they tend to be loyal to their good employees many people have been working here for a long time -- they do not just fire people to save money and hire someone cheaper or lay off people at the drop of a hat at the first sign of slowing sales. Benefits offered are good. I can't really speak for hourly employees but for salaried they are fairly flexible with scheduling and when you need time off. They recently increased the vacation time allotted so that you now get an extra days the longer you have been here (and did not decrease the days we already had).

Compensation could be better. As an online only company we tend to live and die by our marketing efforts and google rankings so when those are off it can be a pretty stressful time around the company. Luckily that is not often the case.
