Pros
The only pro is a bi-weekly paycheck, but you earn every single cent of it. If you're salaried - expect at minimum 45-50 hours per week - every week.
Cons
Family owned company - not always a con, in this case it's a HUGE one. If you're unable to accurately evaluate an employee due to personal relationships, the company suffers, your employees, suffer, and if you advertised your turnover rate with your job postings (ALL roles from production lines to upper mgt) no one would ever apply. You can't create unrealistic goals and expect a wand to wave and your "wizards/employees" to make more this month than the last with less help/experience. Not to mention, no matter what you do, you'll still have to deal with some of the unhappiest people on earth, every single day. 70% faulted to one person - who isn't leaving, ever. My advice: don't waste your time and add another line to your resume. (Health Insurance is SUPER EXPENSIVE, you get ZERO vacation for 6 months, and if you want to use it...they CAN/WILL deny it. Raises...good luck).
