The pros are the colleagues that’s it really.

Management are a complete shambles. Loosing all they’re old timer employees because they don’t listen to any of them. The way they treat new starters is downright disgusting. If you want to work here get prepared to sit there and do nothing all day, you will receive absolutely no training and expect to “find” work to do. Management are a bunch of fools running a clown show. Be prepared for your team leaders to message each other saying nasty things about other people. Everyone is clueless and they represent Fraikin so badly. If you want to work for Fraikin DO NOT WORK ON THE SAINSBURYS TEAM!

Some of my Colleagues and the new office was nice

Management are rude, unhelpful, cliquey with each other, we were told if we make a mistake not to say I’m sorry but we are stupid. Overworked and under staffed. Some staff members who are friends with management get special treatment. Suppliers often chasing for late payments which is embarrassing.
