Pros
Very professional processes followed .It is easy to learn the process .I Joined during the Pandemic where the option is to work from home .Initially I thought it would be difficult to learn the new process online ,as this was a really new field for me .My previous background has been customer service .
Cons
As we are working from home now ,I feel it is hard to build up a team spirit . As a new joiner I feel left out in some group discussions ,could be mainly as I have joined during this online work culture . More focus to be given to that above point by the team leads ,so that they can understand the Strengths of the new Joiner .Also include them in briefing sessions ,appreciate their efforts . Also having a group discussion at least once a week within the team.
