Pros
Learned about employment immigration, got paid and received health insurance. Some people were genuinely nice.
Cons
Highly repetitive job duties that gets old fast, most attorneys are not very approachable for questions, probably don’t know the answer, supervising paralegals are not very approachable, probably don’t know the answer. This company is run by managers that have no clue about how to actually file immigration petitions. Sadly, I resorted to googling the answers. Hence the reviews that you receive No Actual Training, because most upper level people have no clue how to prepare and file one. There is maybe one knowledgeable attorney that is approachable but that is it. Really pathetic. Please note—-If you see positive reviews about this company on here, you Must Know it is HR writing fake positive reviews.
