Pros
Good learning experience for those interested in business immigration. No experience is needed beforehand regarding immigration. Lots of service opportunities and chances to get involved in the community.
Cons
Unreasonable expectations with a very heavy workload. The work is not distributed evenly among team members, and caseworkers often have to get approved for overtime to finish just a small portion of the work. Management does not do as much as learn the names of employees. Uncomfortable environment in the office. Management aggressively shut their doors when other employees engaged in small conversations. No communication from management except for when something was done wrong or a deadline was approaching. The considerably low salary is not worth the health effects caused by the stress from working here.
