Pros

I gave it some thought, the pros are close to nothing, unfortunately. Well, you don't really need to work on the weekends, so I guess work-life balance? But your mental health is affected, so I am not sure.

Cons

- Management micromanages - Calls themselves the future tech of gaming, but still insists on WFO and strongly against WFH. But some employees have 'special circumstances' and are able to WFH or from their home country. Brings to the next point - Unfairness. Must be able to join their bubble, if not you will be outcasted even if your work quality is good. - No proper communication in place. Everyone except management and whoever is in their bubble is kept in the dark. The way they talk is also very sarcastic all the time. In summary, the worst company I have joined, poor company culture, poor leadership, poor compensation as well. Avoid at all costs unless you are desperate and able to take it all in. Take care.

Pros

Nada. None. Zip. Niet. Skip to cons.

Cons

Avoid all startups founded by Fragcolor's Italian founder. He is, without a doubt, the worst person, business owner, manager, and colleague you could ever encounter in your career. The previous reviews, while accurate, have actually been quite generous. Working with this individual has been the most negative experience of my life, and I’m sure others who have left or been laid off would agree. I am confident that none of his ventures will succeed, and if you join him, you'll only be dragged down with him into a dark hole.
