Pros
It is great to hear big plans about the company and I am really excited. Great leadership to define the strategy. People principles is a breath of fresh air and it is encouraging analysts like me to plan my own career. Brand image of the company is also getting a boost. Interaction with the managers and the mentors have improved and some of the discussions has really helped. Flexible timings is very good- broadly, very analyst friendly policies because of which I am optimistic of my future.
Cons
There is favoritism, especially some senior managers and leads get a lot of credit just by their presence even when they do nothing. Many of them do not take up full time project or delivery responsibilities. Things become worse when they get goal achievement by spending all their time on some random initiatives (mostly on paper) while others are pushed into multiple projects, in a way- getting little time for meeting the requirements for the goals achievement. This allows some to play with the system and take advantage of the freedom. The other problem is the lack of enough space for all analysts to sit- if all of them are in office, some of them will have no seating space
