Pros

The employees. Or what's left of them. One by one they drop off. It use to be a great place but I think that's because the leadership team buffered a lot of what the CEO was saying. Once they all left, it was miserable.

Cons

Where to begin... The CEO is probably the most unethical/immoral person I know. On numerous occasions. Starting pay is pretty decent, but don't expect a raise. Like, ever. If you do get one, it will be "cost of living" and you'll be told that you should be grateful. Classic situation of "I am king and you all are my pawns and should bow to me". It use to be a company of 50+ people and leadership could control the CEO. Since the company is now down to just above 20 people, chances are you'll deal directly with him, which you don't want to do.

Pros

Investment in training for team members. A family atmosphere with regular team and learning events to build culture. Refreshments are stocked to keep everyone fueled up.

Cons

We are smaller, so we have to choose how we spend our time wisely and remain focused on the key objectives.

Pros

Flexible schedule, bonuses, company events, ability to learn what you want to learn. The pros are the benifits of the company and if you do not have a technical background they do not care. They will teach you the clicks as they put it. Which means they can give you a career if you can put up with the cons (if i could give this 2.5 stars i would).

Cons

Shady business practices. They will sell anything to get someone's business, even if they do not have someone who has any experience in that area. This stresses the engineers out especially if they are new to IT, MSP, and technology as a whole. You are expected to answer you phone day or night when you are not on call when the on call person cannot solve an issue. Very little acknowledgement when you do go above and beyond to help after hours work when you are not on call.
