      Pros

      - Company car and car upgrades - Potential to earn is good (Some locations more than others) - Company holiday rewards

      Cons

      - Long hours, lots of weekends, working bank holidays - Very limited annual leave as you get 20 days - The salary is below minimum wage. They will top you up to minimum wage if you don’t make enough commission, but will then take that money back when you have a month when you do make more commission.

      -Very progressive career and you are in charge of how successful you are. -A lot of incentives and rewards for success. -Overall a fun and vibrant environment to be.
