Pros

NONE- There are no pros; everything is fake, including the job posting on LinkedIn. It's just a common company for people who only want to make money and who are led to believe that their lives will change ONLY because of the monetary incentives offered. They tell you it's the best option in the world by convincing you that you'll have a better quality of life by working remotely. Really, bro? Most companies, or at least the majority, are remote nowadays.

Cons

100% CONS- First, they need to learn the difference between a cold caller and a senior account executive. Second, they should do better screening during interviews; they placed me in a Spanish campaign where my background is more American than Colombian and where I have a much stronger focus on a second language. Third, HR never followed up closely to understand my process and needs. Fourth, the "worst manager," rigidly inflexible, with zero people management skills, unprofessional, culturally unaware, and always submissive—plus, she didn't help with anything and her feedback was given via Slack, often unconstructive, and sometimes she didn't respond at all. Fifth, HR called me to terminate the contract because the manager went to complain and accuse me without providing any recordings. Excellent follow-up by HRā€”šŸ˜‚

Pros

Now, the process is theoretically quick, but there's no contract signing or anything similar; everything is done verbally.

Cons

I literally spent one day working for this company. I had two interviews with human resources and one directly with the CEO, who didn't seem like a bad guy. Then, I had a meeting with the CTO, who gave me access to some of their tools. I installed them and started looking at an item in the backlog. I worked on it at night to have it ready for the next day. The next morning, before work hours, the HR person called to inform me that they were ending the employment relationship. It was all very strange. The salary offered was three times less than what I usually earn, but it seemed like an opportunity to create different things. In summary, it was a very bad experience with this "company".
