      Relaxed culture The new office is nice Good group of people to work with Get to go to a lot of places around the UK

      Cons

      Doesn't have much organisation. Recruitment of staff could be better. Decisions are made on a whim and anything could happen without much notice. Not much in the way of growth opportunities The pay is low compared with other companies in the field.
