Pros
- fully remote, there will never be a RTO - half day Fridays during summer - some brilliant & nice people
Cons
- culture of overwork, you will occasionally work on nights, weekends, holidays, without any tangible appreciation beyond lip service - if you want to work 40 hours or less you will not advance quickly - stingy on compensation while they spend big on events & swag - layoffs in Nov 2022 made it seem like leaders were asleep at the wheel - maximum raise in 2023 was lower than inflation, though the company is supposedly profitable
