      Pros

      Fourans is an excellent company to work with. I spent 2 years and 6 months working in a contractor position with them, and it has been a very nice experience. All the staff maintain a very close and professional relationship with the employees based on clear, direct, and respectful communication. I widely recommend Fourans as an excellent company to work with as a partner.

      Fourans is a staffing agency, I temped for them. I found them to be very responsive, pleasant, supportive with anything I needed.

      Pros

      Decent company, provided long term contract and decent opportunity.

      Cons

      Pay rate is below the market rate for state jobs. Many new responsibilites with short deadlines added for consultants after joining, however there is no annual review process and no pay increase after a year.
