Pros
Coworkers are typically very nice, willing to help when you need it. Decent benefits, lots of free food! Many opportunities to move up in company and improve/learn new skills.
Cons
A lot of work for okay pay, could be better compensation. Only start with 10 vacation days and you only get more if you hit milestones (5,10,15 years, etc)
