Leadership claims to value the employees, but general complaints, harassment complaints, and overall employee happiness is overlooked. A third of the company is gone and there’s no back filling. Work gets piled on with very little direction or clarity. Mid level management does much more harm than good. It’s a boys club where men can do and say what they want without consequence.
