Multicultural environment with some supportive colleagues.

The role was unclear from the start. Tasks were excessive and often not described in the contract. There was no proper onboarding and limited guidance from management. HR structure and processes were weak, which made expectations and responsibilities unclear.

Every day was different and tasks varied. Nice amount of individual decision making. Great co-workers. Great opportunities to career.

Too much to do, too little time, too little guidance, pay wasn´t equal to responsibility.
