Best thing about Fountainhead - Creative Director Fredric King, who allows me to do my job without interfering. He's a big collaborator and understands that the reason he hired me was for my ideas and suggestions. He relies upon my previous experience to make good decisions. As a result, we worked together great and the outcome was a very happy client.
