Pros

Great initial training. Yummy free food. Fun games & occasional group activities. Nice to work in a place where you sit down & there's a heater/AC. Nice desk job if you are disabled or just old & tired. Great work life balance if you're okay with working occasional weekends. Good opportunities for over-time. They will not call you at home or ask you to work from home without pay.

Cons

Their computer systems are always glitching out all the time & it causes you to make massive mistakes in your work. Then, they blame you. They blame you if you ask a question because their resources were down but they also blame you when their resources were down & you didn't access them or didn't ask a question. They blame you if you didn't know some obscure topic that was hidden somewhere in their resources but you didn't access them because they were down. Again! The salary is great if you want to live with roommates until you die. If you get promoted, you'll be so busy that you'll miss your lunch breaks & go home hungry. Good luck.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
