Pros

They'll hire you easily and fast.

Cons

Management and supervision DO NOT want to see you succeed. They will bully you and belittle you for asking questions during training. Being mislead and randomly reassigned for jobs we didn't apply, coerced resignations, public bullying of subordinates because they forgot to mute their mics, illegal firing of employees for missing work due to two major hurricanes in Florida, withholding licenses and charging the employees for them after coercing employees to resign vs being fired for missing work due to the hurricane so they can't collect unemployment under the guise they can potentially be rehired.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
