Pros

people are nice and training is good

Cons

- low ballers and cheap tokens or gifts during holidays - HMO not all medical needs are covered which it should be due to the low salary -just assigns accounts randomly to increase call volumes and training period is not justified - no permanent wfh offer - lousy management is all about the numbers and no feels

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
