Pros

Work from home since pandemic start.

Cons

The pay is terrible. Was told would have a raise every 6 months to year, until the contract with the client I was with ended we hadn't had a raise of any kind in over 2 years. Not even with the cost of living increasing. The amount of PTO time in my bucket has been screwed up for months (an I'm not the only one), they take forever to add earned time to your bucket so you can use it. After being told of the ending of the contract I was on, employees were told multiple different things, none of which were true except the hours for training.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
