Pros

Easy and fast recruitment, no experience or skill needed, almost everyone will be hired. Pay is decent if you have no degree or education. Payday every 3rd weekday of a Month, no delay. Full home office after training.

Cons

Idiot customers makes you feel just like in hell Overall job feels like slavery, you are chained to your desk and cannot leave for a walk when you feel like it. Very stressful, you have to fit to too many measure numbers, such as AHT, QI, AWT, etc... Breaks are a joke. 30 minutes for lunch and 2x15 minutes are just ridiculous. Dead end job, no chance to make it better at all.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
