      Pros

      As they told me they don´t pay training course. It takes 10 days and at the end you will have to pass a test and if you pass then they will pay. If not i guess that you wasted 2 weeks time for nothing.

      Cons

      I guess it is possible to be a team leader but because i am not working there i don´t know.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
