Pros
Work from home. They pay for everything you need such as license Exam Fx software and membership, actual fee for Exam for License. You get 2 tries at licensing exam and then if you do not pass, you work with a different product altogether. Long hours, 2 15 minute breaks, and 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break. You have to study on your own time, after working 9am-6pm. Then you need at least 2-3 hours to study in the evening.
Cons
VERY unorganized. Computer they let you use are out-dated. Gave me the wrong plugs and couldn't get one of the monitors working. It took them 3 hours to get my CPU up and running when I came in to register. One hour was mandatory paperwork, but the other 2 hours were just confusion over my CPU that they were setting up. Young folks that seemed kind and thoughtful. But having numerous IT program issues. They really need to hire qualified IT professionals. They seem like they were supposed to be on the ball, but I found out they were not. Was 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, then they changed hours to 3pm-12pm at night!!! They wasted hours trying to get computers and login/password issues going. Only pays $13 per hour unlicensed then you are paid $15 per hour once you pass your state exam. This is just a call center. McDonalds pays $15 an hour for a management position with a lot less preparation and time invested.
