Pros

My coworkers are nice, the client I work with is phenomenal

Cons

Phenomenally incompetent management. Management and HR are terrible human beingd and always against the employees (unless their nose is a certain colour). Agents will get fired for being sick, no opportunity to advance for valuable employees, disrespectful environment. One the anniversary of my dad's death, I was brought into a room and told my lack of leadership was disappointing. No advancement cause you need training, no training cause you're too important... But apply next time. IT department has failed to complete even the most basic ticket.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
