Pros

Always work and paycheck on time.

Cons

Team leaders would harass you until you quit or you got fired. I had one guy actually stand in the middle of the room and scream at me in front of about 300 people and he had no idea what was going on in my call. Another team leader was watching the incident and told me he was in the wrong entirely and he was on a probation for 90 days and that I could not be harassed in that time frame...as soon as that 90 days was up ---it was on ---harassment until I quit. My team leader literally took me outside to have a conversation with me to harass me. Ridiculous turn over that they receive bonuses for. I worked there three years and there was one other person in the class that I started in still working there at the time I left. Most people quit within 3 months.Micromanagement and role-playing scenarios. Would listen to your calls and say you are doing everything wrong . Then they make you sit with someone else that is a level 13 agent that does the same exact thing that you did and actually skip required legal verbage. The only difference is they were doing it right. My stats were excellent had 70% referral rate only had to have about 30% but still never to do anything right for this company. They also what hiring in team leaders that had zero experience dealing with insurance to lead their teams and to criticize every call that was made and a lot of times they had to come back and tell you they were wrong after embarrassing you in front of everyone else.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
