Pros

-Promotes internal employees first. -Paid training. -Paid time off. -Ability to move up quickly with hard work. -Continues to develop each employee beyond the initial onboard training. -Laid back dress code. - Fun work place.

Cons

-Rigid attendance policy. -No TV, crafts, books, food allowed on call floor. -Growth point/training track positions are extended when promoted but salaried position isn’t available so raises for promotions can take months to years to see.

Hi, thanks for your response. We're glad you liked and enjoyed all the benefits we offer! As a global company, we manage a global portfolio of worldwide clients and we need to ensure their information is safe, that's why we have some internal policies that do not allow certain devices inside the floor. Additionally, the track trainee program is an internal career advancement initiative we've developed with the objective to train our associates for future internal job opportunities. The track trainee is not an official promotion but it prepares you to learn all the skills you'll need once the position opens.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
