Pros

I work on the Toys R Us Project and everything was perfect during the busy part of the year. Overtime on various projects depending on the project and the time of year. During the season the coaches are great for the most part.

Cons

After the season, the coaches kind of suck. Very unreliable help at best. The pay is one of the lowest there is in the work at home field. They are cutting the US staff and transferring most of their stuff (at least with the Toys R Us project) to another country. When the season is over, you are lucky to get 20 hours a week.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
