Pros

A lot of funny collegues, salary paid on time, relocation package (including just the flight ticket to get Lisbon)

Cons

after a few months the job become very boring, some years ago, thanks to cheap house rental price, you could live not so bad in Lisbon with 761 euros, but right now thanks to the tourist explosion the price in Lisbon are really high. Is it possible to live with 761 euros if you have to pay at least 300 euros of rent? Yes is it, but you need to be very carefull

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
