Pros

-fruits every wednesday's -pays the bill only -make me wake up early -better than the dole...not sure about it.. -no stress

Cons

Without going deep down on the company profile, I can only say one thing about it: a company that hires drug addicted employees who spend most of their time hanging out with drug dealers in the parks of Berlin. Micromanagement seem not to care about this fact as long as they are professional in brightening the image of these employees.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
