They dont care if you're left behind in training due to various reasons. They have bad communication. They ask us to have good communication but they themselves dont

The trainer made the learning very engaging. She made questions a priority and made it very comfortable asking them. The learning material was a lot but very necessary.

Honestly I have no cons.
