- Team of truly independent thinkers with unique backgrounds -- I don't just learn from my colleagues on a daily basis, I also enjoy spending time with them - Opportunity to work with brilliant founders tackling important problems in science and technology - Lack of bureaucracy - Culture that encourages free thought and respectful debate on a wide range issues
Cons
- Not a con for the team here, but it is a fast-paced, challenging, high intensity environment - The team is relatively small, so employees have a lot of autonomy (but also ample opportunities for collaboration) -- not a fit if you're someone that needs a lot of coaching or hand-holding
