      The residents are great. The activities department does a great job of giving the residents options for stimulation

      Management, unequal pay no lunch breaks, usually overstaffed for a few months then grossly understaffed.

      Pleasant and well-maintained facility some nice staff.

      Cons

      Significant and disturbing level of nepotism. Facility administrator and family/related staff frequently target employees and contractors and falsify records to diffuse their behaviors.
