Pros
FPR was a great place to work at. It's a small organization with plenty to do internally and externally that allows for plenty of collaboration within teams. The office space allows for easy/fun teamwork.
Cons
Not so much a con, but rather a reality of the needs of the organization and the expectation of the communities we serve...there's so much to do and not enough staff or time.
