Pros
When they tell you all the requirements up front and don't change the requirements after the job is finished, things go fine.
Cons
When they don't tell you all the requirements, like no cropping an image, and then refuse a shoot based on this reason that only they were aware of. I spent 2 hour working on a shoot for them and they refused it because they didn't want editing or cropping in the deliverables which was not communicated to me before the shoot. The perspective was also a little different than what they wanted even though the required subjects were all in the photos and I was following there instructions. Don't work for Fotofetch. They won't pay you and will make up new requirements to refuse a job.
