10yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. You offered some great advice here – we’ve been working at developing more detailed training plans and providing more initial training. We’ve also introduced a mentorship program to help new staff get help as well and provide more support. Our QA department is currently updating all training plans and will be launching this soon. We encourage our employees to contact HR if they ever feel they have a concern they aren’t comfortable sharing with their supervisor. Our HR staff is here to listen and explore issues if needed at any time.
