      Pros

      The team atmosphere is great. Everyone is moving towards the same goal in helping others obtain self sufficiency. All of the metrics are based upon the success of others which is amazing to see. The work life balance is amazing and almost non-existent in other not for profit organizations I have worked for. You have set hours and days.

      Cons

      These programs are governed by state and federal policies which do limit the ability to help in all the ways that teams would like. This causes some issues and frustrations with case management because there is some red tape and we do need to remain within the requirements of the programs.

      Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

      There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
