The management is atrocious. The company is always pushing initiatives to meet unattainable goals and then the management chastises the team collectively and individually for not achieving the goals. Management operates under extreme micromanaging style bombarding email inbox daily with multiple issues from multiple supervisors and QA that need to be fixed immediately; which causes a constant exploding pressure cooker...If that's not enough supervisors come into your workspace constantly to see why your underperforming and have weekly 1:1 appointments to chastise your performance disguised as mentoring sessions. Management will yell and tell multiple staff to quit constantly. There are threats made to staff regularly indicating they will be let go. This is a terrible dynamic to work under. Worse yet the company doesn't seem to care about the customer. They force customers into activities that are poorly thought out and do not match the customers needs abilities or goals. They do so to "meet state standards and numbers". This happens in an underhanded way by placing "bodies" in workshops designed to meet WPR goals without thought to if the person should or can do the activity; or thought regarding how the workshop is designed. They do a terrible job creating activities; nothing is research or evidence based; and they continuously attempt to reinvent the wheel and fail. Case managers are required to have so many people assigned and then hounded and yelled at if they do not.
