Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. It's great to know that our flexible work options and competitive compensation are making a positive impact on your experience! When it comes to compensation, our philosophy is rooted in embracing a market-based approach and we are committed to making sure every role is paid at market, and we regularly review data to ensure fairness and consistency across the business.
Thank you for sharing your feedback on workload and prioritization. Burnout is something we take very seriously, and we recognize how important it is to create an environment where our team can do their best work without feeling overwhelmed. We strongly encourage employees to use their PTO to rest and recharge. We also offer ongoing wellness workshops and resources to support our team. For example, this month, in recognition of World Mental Health Day, we’re hosting a session on preventing burnout. These programs are one of the ways we’re trying to give employees more tools to manage stress and well-being. When it comes to regular check-ins, we’re continuing to invest in manager development so they can better support their teams in setting priorities and preventing burnout.
Regarding our Professional Development program, your feedback on improving communication is well-taken. Our goal with this benefit is to empower our team to truly own their growth. We provide a competitive annual development budget to all employees and we encourage team members to proactively seek out opportunities that excite them, drive development conversations, and bring ideas to their managers to make the most of it. These efforts are always led by employees but done in close partnership with managers, who play a key role in supporting, guiding, and championing growth. It’s also a great idea to chat with your teammates to see if they have resources or trainings they’ve found especially valuable. Ultimately, developing our people is a top priority, and we want to ensure everyone has the tools and support needed to grow.
Thanks again for this helpful input and for your contributions!
