I've been at Forward Edge since 2010, and I've worked my way up on responsibility and leadership. What's kept me here so long is the incredible culture. We genuinely care for one another; we're not just punching time cards and getting pay checks. We pray for each other every day as part of our routine, and it's honestly the healthiest environment I've ever worked in.
Cons
It's a non-profit so there isn't much opportunity to earn a high income.
