The manager from the Montreal Outsourcing Team micromanages her staff. There are no procedures or client notes in order to do the job Mazars is in a growth spurt but does not invest in their operations and people The manager delegates her managerial tasks to different members of her team because she said that she hates being manager Nothing is automated or streamlined. All tasks are done manually which is very inefficient There aren’t any details or notes to base your self on so tasks take much longer and then the time is charged to the client. The benefits are very expensive and the annual maximums are low (500$) The salary is very low and not all employees get the same benefits. Unfortunately, horrible experience! I do not recommend!
