Business outlook
Pros
Friendly atmosphere, great work/life balance outside of busiest periods. There are some (although few) young and dynamic leaders. HR are supportive.
Cons
Highly bureaucratic processes which hinder ability to service clients. Top management rarely communicate to the wider team, rarely informed about joiners/leavers etc. Most of the partners are nearing retirement and seem to care very little about their successors.
